You set your roster up once in August. After that, your lesson plans and your calendar feed everything else. So when you go to write the newsletter, it already knows what you taught this week and what’s coming up next. It pulls that together and drafts it for you.
Assignments and events are added to your calendar automatically, where parents and students can see them, without you entering them a second time.

Families open it and see what you shared with them, and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share student data for advertising or commercial purposes.
Families set their own passwords
Parents receive a private setup link and choose their own password. You never see it, and you are never in the middle of a password reset.
Your classroom is secure
BeeCommons takes the security of your classroom seriously. The database itself checks, on every single request, that a teacher is reaching only their own classroom's data.
A secure connection, always (HTTPS)
Every connection uses HTTPS, the same kind of secure link your bank uses. Information travels scrambled so it cannot be read on the way, and browsers will not connect any other way. A data processing agreement is available for schools and districts that need one.
Built for everyday communication
BeeCommons is where the day to day happens: the newsletter, the notice about Friday, the photo from the science lesson, the quick question from a parent.
